Test acceptance requirements for thermal recovery wellhead devices
Test acceptance requirements for thermal recovery wellhead devices
The thermal recovery wellhead device mainly tests the air tightness of the production tree. There should be no visible continuous bubbles in the casing head, tubing head, and production (gas) tree body during the pressure maintenance period. The test pressure of this testing machine is 0-140Mpa, the test pressure is optional, and it adopts computer control. All pressure test pump test settings and operations can be completed on the automatic console.
- Mark the pipelines and affix signs;
- Mark manual valves, filters, regulating valves, pressure gauges and other components and hang signs;
- Set up the schematic diagram plate and equipment nameplate. The schematic diagram is made of anodized aluminum signs, and the equipment nameplate is made of stainless steel plates.
1) Test acceptance requirements for thermal recovery wellhead devices
1、Pressure body burst test
Test method: pressurize the installed pressure-bearing body cavity, close each port, and reach the burst test pressure: when the rated working pressure is ≤34.5MPa, take ≥5 times the rated pressure; when the rated working pressure>≥69.0MPa, take ≥4 times the rated pressure.
Acceptance requirements: The pressure-bearing body is not damaged and is qualified.
2、Pressure body strength test
Pressurize the body cavity of the installed pressure-bearing body, close each port, open and close parts, and tighten the packing cover until twice the rated pressure is reached. Stabilize the pressure for 5 minutes and test twice.
Acceptance requirements: During the pressure stabilization period, the pressure-bearing parts have no leakage and the sweating pressure reduction is qualified.
3、Sealing performance test
The test pressure is the rated pressure of the device. After reaching the test pressure, stabilize the pressure for 5 minutes and test twice.
Acceptance requirements: During the pressure stabilization period, there should be no leakage of pressure-bearing parts, and the phenomenon of sweating and pressure reduction is a combination of
4、Valve seal test
Close each end of the gate valve, open the other end to the atmosphere, and stabilize the pressure for 5 minutes after reaching the rated pressure.
Acceptance requirements: No leakage on the sealing surface at the outlet end during the pressure stabilization period.
For valves with an upper seal, an upper seal test should be performed. Fully open the switch, loosen the packing cap, pressurize the assembled gate valve body cavity, close both ends of the valve, and stabilize the pressure for 5 minutes after reaching the rated pressure.
Acceptance requirements: The gland is closed if there is no leakage during the pressure stabilization period.
